Daniel

Builder

Daniel has over 16 years of experience in the Ballarat building industry, beginning his career as an apprentice carpenter before becoming a registered builder. He leads Hardy Homes and Construction with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on family values. For Daniel, the greatest reward is helping local families turn their dream builds into reality.

Aaron

Carpenter

Aaron joined Hardy Homes in 2019 as a school-based apprentice and became a qualified carpenter in 2024. His skill, reliability, and dedication make him an important part of every project. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys football, family life, and helping on his family’s farm.

Jake

Apprentice

Jake began with Hardy Homes in 2022 and quickly earned a reputation for his problem-solving and eagerness to learn. He is passionate about developing his carpentry skills and continues to grow with every project. In his spare time, Jake enjoys camping, fishing, and working on cars.
