This project involved a full internal renovation of an established brick veneer home, working within the existing footprint with a modest extension to the master bedroom, ensuite and laundry under the existing roofline. The scope included removing load beraing walls, full structural reframing, and delivering a completely transformed interior. Working from architectural plans, we managed the entire build process from start to finish – coordinating trades, managinging timelines and keeping communication clear throughout the build. The result exceeded the clients expectations, delivering a modern, functional family home that felt entirely new while respecting the bones of the original structure.
